Agile collaboration for results

Is good teamwork a matter of agile individuals working on their own or does teamwork spring from agile individuals who have the ability to connect together?
How do you connect with others? How do you deal with disagreements? How do you listen to each other and engage with one another? What is your impact on others? How do you achieve your goals together? These are all themes that play an important role in the effectiveness of a team.

What we will do
Through some simple physical exercises you will discover how you influence each other, but also block each other. You will work with themes like boundary setting, dealing with conflicts, collaboration from connection and keeping focus and concentration.

Working together in a physical way has a positive learning impact on the team. The effect of good tuning in and efficient use of energy instead of pushing and pulling harder (which often happens automatically) will instantly become visible and tangible.

Results
At the end of the workshop, you will be better able to:

  • preserve your energy and collaborate from a relaxed stance;
  • react to each other and respond from self-confidence;
  • constructively set boundaries;
  • deal with conflicts;
  • collaborate with more focus and concentration;

Do you recognise this? Successfully responding to and achieving change often fails due to habitual behaviours.
It is not necessarily unwillingness. Human nature and reality simply are obstinate.
Your potential to navigate change stands or falls with your ability to break through fixed patterns and habits and subsequently substituting them with new ones.
That requires courage!
My work will support you to grow and practice this courage.
