VISION Aikido@Work

Individuals and teams lose a lot of energy and time to internal trouble instead of working on what really matters. When situations unfold in a harmonious way, we all function well. But how do we deal with situations when the pressure rises? Before you know it, you find yourself in mutual pushing and pulling. You lose effectiveness and impact and cannot transcend reactive behavioural patterns. You come to a grinding halt.

You know what current times ask from you: flexibility, creativity, fruitful cooperation, dealing with the unknown, with uncertainty, taking effective decisions, building trust. And still you regularly regress, with your teams and in other interactions, to those fixed patterns of which you know they won’t bring you what you want.

Aikido@Work is convinced that you can transcend these strong-held patterns. The art of transforming is present in each of us. And that is what you need in order to deal with the changes that current times require from you and to make desired changes last.

Aikido@Work taps into that potential by having people experience their own transformational power. Knowledge and understanding are no longer enough. You need to be able to sense, think and act. Aware of your own impact and the impact of others on you, we enable you to move in the field of influence you daily encounter, in a positive and constructive way.
